I, like a great number of people in this country, was terribly sad to learn of the death of Sir Bobby Robson. He was a remarkable man, kind, considerate and a great ambassador for the game of football. The wonderful response from fans leaving tributes at St James' Park is entirely understandable. However, am I alone in thinking that the hugh amount of money spent on floral tributes would have been better utilised by being donated to Sir Bobby's Cancer Foundation?
