I am hardly surprised that yet again the Government has done a U-Turn. Last week Ronnie Biggs was unrepentant and unremorseful and therefore, according to the Justice Secretary Jack Straw would not be released early and then suddenly today, whilst still unrepentant and unremorseful, he can be. This government is utterly inept - they seem not to be able to make one decision they stick to. Roll on the General Election.
